Rolling Hills Club offers a variety of yoga classes, teachers, and styles – from gentle yoga to power flow yoga. These classes are included in your membership and are taught by certified expert yoga teachers. Please check the group exercise calendar and class levels key to find the perfect yoga classes for your lifestyle and your schedule. We recommend bringing your own mat to the class.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
GENTLE YOGA
Gentle yoga offers restorative poses and a variety of options.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha yoga gives detailed alignment instruction uniting mind, body, heart, and spirit.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED HATHA YOGA
This class gives students an opportunity to work deeply, exploring finer points of Asana techniques. Inversions, backbends, and arm balances are involved.
MIXED LEVEL FLOW
This is an alignment based, core strengthening class for mixed levels.
POWER FLOW
This mindful flow class is a combination of yin sequences focusing on balance and alignment interwoven with a strength building Yang Flow ~ moving from one asana to the next as we connect with our conscious breath.
VINYASA CANDLELIGHT YOGA
This class allows you to drop into the essence of your self-awareness through an invitation to soothe your senses and melt away physical and mental tension. A meditative, moderate but challenging flow that takes you to the present moment through breathing and active movement
VINYASA FLOW
This is a vigorous flow-style yoga which emphasizes full breathing and relaxation poses. Modifications can be made.
