Group Fit Classes are held in our spacious fitness studio, with natural light from the windows and skylights and a refreshing breeze that runs through it.
We have a variety of classes with over 40 full time instructors. We also offer Spin classes in our cycle room and aqua fitness in our heated outdoor pools. When the weather cooperates, we have pop up classes such as Sunset Yoga, Sunset Pilates, Poolside Line dancing and even special events/classes on our tennis courts. We also have trail runs and guided hikes of our beautiful open space that surrounds us. In addition, we have weekend workshops and extended classes to further the education and experiences for our members.

GROUP FITNESS PROTOCOLS:
- All classes will require a reservation. Members can make reservations for Group Fitness Classes by clicking on the Member Login link in the upper right corner of our website. You will need your User Name and Password to access. Once logged in, please click on the “Classes” tab to make your reservation. Please email info@rollinghillsclub.com to obtain your user name and password.
- Please be sure to cancel any reservation up to 8 hours in advance if you are unable to attend to avoid a no-show fee and to allow those on the waitlist to participate.
