Rolling Hills Club Monthly Swim Clinics are a great way to build endurance while improving technique. Young swimmers, ages 5-18 are coached on how to continue to improve their skill sets for competitive and recreational swimming. Focuses on foundation work that will build their swimming skills and confidence.

Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted.
We will offer 3 practice group options. Must have coach’s permission to swim in a different age group.
8 years old and under – Mon & Wed from 5:00-5:30pm
9 and 10 year old – Mon & Wed from 5:30-6:15pm

11 – 18 year old – Tue & Thu from 5:00-6:00pm
Guest will need to turn in a registration form.
