SWIM CLINICS

Rolling Hills Club Monthly Swim Clinics are a great way to build endurance while improving technique. Young swimmers, ages 5-18 are coached on how to continue to improve their skill sets for competitive and recreational swimming. Focuses on foundation work that will build their swimming skills and confidence. These will be run by Stingrays Coaches Karen Miller and Mike Martizan.

Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted.
 
We will offer 3 practice group options. Must have coaches permission to swim in a different age group.
 
8 years old and unders- Mon. & Wed. from 5:00-5:30 pm – Coach Karen
9 and 10 year olds- Mon. & Wed. from 5:30-6:15 pm – Coach Karen

Rolling Hills Club members may register online. Guest will need to turn in a registration form.
