Many Club activities require a reservation.  You may make a reservation by clicking on the Member Login link in the upper right corner.  You will need your User Name and Password to access.  Please email info@rollinghillsclub.com to request your User Name and Password. Tennis has a separate reservation system.  Tennis Court Reservations can be made HERE.  Click on Create an Account to request your User Name and Password for Tennis Reservations.

FAQ’s

Do I need a separate user name and password for each family member?
Yes.  Anyone in your family that will use the club will need a user name and password.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
You may book a reservation up to 7 days in advance. Lap swim lanes can be reserved 3 days in advance.

How many reservations can I schedule in a week?
You may make multiple reservations however, we ask that you not make more than 3 reservations per week (Monday – Sunday) for Lap Swim Lanes.

May I book more than one reservation in a day?
Yes

How do I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by viewing “My Schedule” when you log in on our website or viewing “My Classes” when logged in on our app and clicking “cancel.”  Please make sure to cancel all reservations no less than 8 hours in advance as some activities may have a Waitlist.  No shows are subject to a $15 charge.

Do I need to cancel my reservation if the activity isn’t full?  Please be sure to cancel any reservation you do not plan on attending to avoid a no-show fee and to allow those on the Waitlist to participate.

What happens if I do not show up for a reservation and I did not cancel?
You will be charged a $15 no show fee.

What do I do if I need to cancel a reservation with less than 1 hour notice?
Please call the front desk to avoid a no show fee: 415-897-2185.

How do I know if I’ve been moved into a reserved spot from the Waitlist?
You will be notified via email or text, depending on your account settings.  Please be sure to cancel this reservation if you are unable to attend.

Do I need to call the Front Desk if I received an email that my Waitlist came through?
There is no need to call.  You can just show up for the scheduled time.

Can I Waitlist for multiple overlapping activities?
You may Waitlist for no more than 2 overlapping activities.

How do I make a reservation if I don’t have a computer or smart phone?

Does Facebook have anything to do with signing into the Rolling Hills Club Website?
No.  Please do NOT sign in through Facebook.  This can create multiple accounts for you in our system.  Please only utilize your assigned username and password.

Can I just show up in case someone cancels at the last minute?
We ask that you check in at the front desk to see if anything has become available last minute.  We do not give away spaces due to tardiness, so just because a space looks empty does not mean that it is available.
