SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Without question one of the hottest trends in the fitness industry right now is small group personal training and rightly so. Many people are realizing the benefits of having professional instruction, structure, and accountability in their fitness programs. High Quality, Low Cost / Accountability / Motivation. METABOLIC BLAST – Serious Cardiovascular Circuit Training!

This is a 90 minute total body, high energy, cardiovascular circuit training class designed to promote fat loss, increased cardiovascular efficiency and increases strength and endurance. Circuit training stations include indoor cycling, hill climbs, step training, TRX, Pilates apparatus, sports drills, Bosu, CoreAlign, and more. Please dress in layers as the club grounds will be utilized.
You will achieve undeniable superior results in a minimal amount of time!
DATES: January 10-January 31 (4 sessions)
DAYS/TIMES: Tuesdays 9:00am-10:30am -or- Saturdays 9:30-11am
LOCATION: Core Concept Studio
INSTRUCTOR: Debbie Abell
FEE: $80 Members (4 week series)

CHISEL
Chisel is a unique training program that will deliver measurable performance improvement through an exciting form of exercise called “Tabata”.
Tabata is 20 seconds of high intensity training followed with a 10 second break. The 20/10 method was tested on Olympic Speed skaters in 1996 and this system resulted in better strength endurance and cardio endurance compared to athletes with traditional workouts.
Combine Tabata with an awesome core, balance and strength training workout and you’ve got Chisel!
DATES: January 9 – February 13
DAYS/TIMES: Mondays 8:30am-9:30am
LOCATION: Core Concept Studio
INSTRUCTOR: Debbie Gleeson – NASM certified personal trainer, Schwinn Cycling certified, and Group Exercise instructor
FEE: $120 Members (6-week session)

MATCHPOINT – Tennis Performance Training
“Take your tennis to a whole new level”
Each week, learn and build your tennis specific performance skills; including concentration, flexibility, agility, core strength, and cardio endurance. Taught by renowned coach and long time member, Jerry Colletto. Limited to 10 participants. Register with Guest Services.
DATES: January 10 – February 7
DAYS/TIMES: Tuesdays 6-7pm
LOCATION: Core Concept Studio
INSTRUCTOR: Jerry Colletto
FEE: $100 Tennis Members / $125 Fitness Members & Guests

ULTRA SIMPLE DIET – Lose Inches, Detox, Energize
Following the book written by Mark Hyman, M.D., this program is a detoxifying and anti-inflammatory diet which only lasts for 7 days. The rest of the time will be in setting up a successful program and support of maintaining this healthy new eating plan. You will be surprised at just how good you can feel and realize that by simply changing your diet, you can… feel more energized, sleep better, have better looking skin, lose weight , improve your mood and MORE!

LOCATION: Adult Lounge

FEE: $99 + $20 materials fee

ZUMBATOMIC (Ages 5-12)
It’s not a dance class, it’s a Dance Party! Come join us at Rolling Hills Club for ZumbAtomic®, a class especially designed for children, encouraging kids to develop a healthy lifestyle and to incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives through dance, music and games. Bring your Friends! Learn to MOVE and Groove!
DATES: Monthly Sessions January – May
DAYS: Tuesdays
TIMES: 3:30-4:15 (Kids ages 5-8) / 4:30-5:15 (Kids ages 9-12)
FEE: $35 per monthly session ($50 Guests)

QUICK FIT (Ages 55+)
Join Certified Personal Trainer, Easton Agnew, for a Quick Fit workout. This circuit style class is good for all fitness levels but specifically targets the 55 + crowd. Learn proper form on the circuit equipment while improving your cardiovascular endurance and core strength, followed by a 10 minute stretching routine. This class is ideal if you are unfamiliar with the fitness center equipment or if you are a beginner. Meet in the circuit room of the fitness center. This is a complementary class.

DAYS: Tuesdays and Thursdays

STAY FIT (Ages 55+)
Much like his popular “Quick Fit” class, in Stay Fit, Certified Personal Trainer, Easton Agnew, will customize your workout to specifically target core strength and stability, flexibility, and muscle strength and endurance. But unlike his Quick Fit class, Stay Fit will focus more on individual needs and attention. He will use a wide range of equipment including medicine ball, stability balls, resistance tubing, Bosu’s and Body Bars.

TIME: 12:00am-1:00pm
FEE: $20 per session
*Limited to 8 people per class. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.

TEENS IN TRAINING
Three (3) – 30 minute training sessions
Teen obesity has grown to epidemic proportions in the United States. 14% of our teens are at risk for heart disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Type 2 Diabetes has also increased dramatically in teens as a direct result of teen obesity. What Causes Teen Obesity?

The cause of teen obesity is generally lack of physical activity combined with unhealthy eating habits. Going on a strict diet is not the answer. It is important to change the way the whole family eats. Activity and a healthy eating style are the most important things you can do to change the risk factors for obesity.

In TEENS IN TRAINING, your teen can work with a personal trainer one-on-one or in a small group setting.

*REMINDER: Teens age 12-14 must complete TEENS AND TRAINING in order to use the Fitness Center without the direct supervision of a parent. All teens are encouraged to use the Teens in Training program before beginning a program in the Fitness Center. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the Fitness Center at any time unless under the direct supervision of a personal trainer or a physical therapist.
