Debbie Brings over 20 years of passion and training in Fitness, Pilates and Group exercise. She has a diverse background as an Ace CPT, ITT Pilates CPT, MELT instructor and BAM educator.
Debbie’s personal experience with athletics, dance, and Pilates feed into her deep understanding of the anatomy of movement. She is an avid sports enthusiast with strong practical knowledge of injury prevention.
Debbie is deeply committed to her advanced studies in neuromuscular re-education and continues to study with some of the most respected authorities in this field; Madeline Black, Jean Sullivan, Sue Hitzman and Joshua Margolis.
Lee’s goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere that will only bring success to your health and fitness. He works very hard, is very involved in the community, and is absolutely dedicated to fitness.
Lee believes that exercise and training is the key to a complete healthy life. He has battled a weight problem and finally put that to rest after losing 125 lbs. He’s been fit for 10 years now. Lee holds the title of Mr. Santa Rosa!

Megan’s mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals to live your best life. After earning her BA and MA degrees in Dance/Theater, Megan danced professionally in NYC and taught for the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and for NYU. A significant hip injury led Megan to Physical Therapy. Learning so much about how muscles work together pushed Megan to learn more about anatomy. Sharing this understanding of how gaining strength and flexibility in our core muscles allows us to stay strong and free from injury became Megan’s motivation for teaching.
Drawing from her experience teaching Pilates since 2003 and Personal Training since 1990, Megan combines these disciplines to create individual workouts which are both challenging and fun for clients. Her specialties include working with individuals new to weight training or those returning to working out after injury. Megan also enjoys teaching group ex and small group classes for the energy and camaraderie among participants.

Carly graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in kinesiology and minor in psychology. She ran cross-country in college for 4 years and now assistant coaches at Sonoma State as well as at a local high school.
Carly developed a passion for running and fitness beginning as a young girl when her dad used to take her for runs. She recently ran her first marathon and plans on running many more in the future.
Carly’s goal as a trainer is to get others as passionate about exercise as she is. She knows that exercise routines can get tedious for some people and thus is always striving to add variety to her workouts. She brings a wealth of knowledge about the human body and exercising. She believes that a strong core is essential to any movement and in her own life has improved her running immensely by strengthening her core.

Rene is originally from the Philippines and has resided in Marin County since 1988.
He recognizes and appreciates that no two clients are alike, and to that affect, each program is tailored to each client’s individual needs and dedication. He excels in the art of supervised weight loss, strength training, body sculpting, and endurance building. His passion as a trainer is to physically challenge his clients to new levels of fitness.
Tim is certified by the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and has been at Rolling Hills Club (RHC) for six years and has been a member of RHC for over 15 years. His passion for athletics fuels his desire to get his clients in great shape to perform their chosen sport effectively and efficiently. Tim subscribes to functional training protocol and utilizes many different tools to keep his clients fit. Believing we “all have a little bit of athlete in us”, Tim’s program designs will challenge, motivate and drive you; all the while strengthening your body and your mind.
Colin has been a trainer for 14 years, owning a wellness center in Silicon Valley before making the move up to the North Bay. He has worked with individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels, utilizing a wide variety of training techniques in his workouts in order to deliver the most well rounded fitness program possible.
As a teenager, Colin struggled with weight issues. Fed up with being overweight, he changed his diet and made exercise a daily routine. Colin was able to shed the weight and keep it off. He became a trainer to help inspire others to do the same. Colin believes in the philosophy of balanced fitness, and carries this into his training sessions to help you not only achieve your wellness goals but also to maintain them.
Marisha has been a personal trainer and aerobic and dance instructor through AFAA since 2003. She competed and placed in the top 10 in Contra Costa Bodybuilding Championships in 2009.
Marisha’s passion is to provide you with the tools of living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, inspiring and motivating you to be the best that you can be. Consistency and determination is the key to achieve your desired goals.
Marisha specializes in weight loss, body building, reconditioning athletes, and safe and effective strength training.
Ron takes time to make sure his clients understand the reasons for all of their hard work and how that hard work benefits them. Having gone through two hip replacements, he can help in the post rehabilitation for those with knee and hip injuries. Ron considers himself fitness professional and educator committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. He believes that fitness is a way of life and should be a routine. Having a trainer is your guidance to success and Ron has a vast amount of experience through sports and working with athletes of all ages. He designs programs specifically for each individual to target muscle groups and train the body. Ron believes that he can make a difference in your life!
Jillian has been an employee at Rolling Hills Club since 1989. As the Director of Fitness, Jillian has personal knowledge of the style and strengths of each of the personal trainers and has taught or participated in most of the group exercise classes. As a personal trainer, she has a very personal connection to the power of lifestyle change and exercise to make positive changes in your life. Over the years, Jillian has led many popular classes and programs such as Bodyshapers, The Ultrasimple Diet, The Weight Management Support Group, and The Biggest Loser. She has an understanding and compassion for beginners and enjoys working with people who may be uncomfortable or intimidated by the fitness center atmosphere. Jillian excels at functional exercises that boost metabolism and strengthens and tones all the muscles of your body. She can work with any injuries or limitations you may have and still come up with a safe and effective program for you. She wants exercise to become an important, if not integral part of your life. But most of all, she wants you to enjoy yourself while working out. Her personal motto is: “The only bad exercise is no exercise at all.”
Katie was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Raised by a coach, Katie has always loved sports and staying active. Like many other women, she found it much harder to keep fitness in her life after becoming a mom. Her value as a group fitness instructor is that she can identify with the daily struggle to eat healthy and commit to your fitness routine. As a mom with three young children, Katie can offer advice and tips to those facing that battle. She loves to motivate people and has a lot of enthusiasm to offer our members. Katie believes it is easier to exercise and stay fit when you are having fun and that’s the atmosphere she tries to create in her classes. Katie is ACE Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and teaches early morning boot camp and cycle classes
Sarah has been delighting in the discoveries of yoga since first stepping onto a mat in 1998. She began teaching in 2003 and soon after became a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Using yoga philosophy, mindful sequencing, breath practices, and a bit of humor, she creates classes to encourage students to build awareness both on and off the mat. Her practice and teaching are deeply rooted in the joyful expression and alignment principles of Anusara yoga, having studied with its founder, and she has been a long-time student of Ulrika Engman. More recently, Sarah has expanded her studies of alignment-based yoga under the guidance of Sienna Smith and Prajna Yoga teachers Tias Little and Djuna Mascall.
