Online Registration

Before you register online, please take a moment to review the instructions below. If any further questions or concerns, please contact support@rollinghillsclub.com.

For Members

IMPORTANT: All members must log in online as the primary on their account in order to register their children for club programs and services. If you are unsure who is the primary on your account, please contact support@rollinghillsclub.com.

  1. LOGIN as the primary member on your membership account.
  2. CONFIRM your child’s name appears as a family member under MY INFO > Profile > Family.
    *NOTE: If your child’s name does not appear under MY INFO > Profile > Family, you may not be logged in as the primary member on your account or your child may not yet share your membership. Contact support@rollinghillsclub.com for assistance.
  3. GO TO the tab of SWIM PROGRAMS
  4. CHOOSE “Tritons Swim Team” from the “All service categories” drop-down menu.
  5. CHOOSE which Tritons swim level in which your child will be enrolled from the “All class types” drop-down menu.
  6. Select the blue SIGN UP NOW button for the session in which you would like to enroll your child.
  7. Select the blue “ENROLL – (Child’s Name)” button at bottom of screen to enroll your child.
    *NOTE: You may only enroll one child and one session at a time, so you will need to return to the Programs + Events tab to continue registering for more sessions or to register other children.
  8. CHECKOUT : Once you have added all enrollments of interest in your shopping cart, you can select “CHECK OUT.”

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION

 

For Guests

STEP ONE: CREATE AN ACCOUNT + ADD CHILD PARTICIPANTS

  1. CREATE a primary client account and login by entering your first and last name in the “NEW TO OUR SITE?” window.
  2. COMPLETE all fields for 1) Contact Information and 2) Login.
  3. ADD CHILD(REN) under 3) Family Members > Add Family Members.
    *IMPORTANT* : Please complete ALL FIELDS for family members including Gender, Birthdate, and Paid for by you = “YES”. Phone + email are those we will use for contacting you regarding your child’s registrations.
  4. REVIEW + AGREE to Liability Release for you and all your family members indicated.
  5. Select CREATE ACCOUNT.

STEP TWO: ENROLL IN PROGRAMS

  1. LOGIN
  2. TO the tab of PROGRAMS + EVENTS
  3. CHOOSE “Tritons Swim Team” from the “All service categories” drop-down menu.
  4. CHOOSE which Tritons swim level in which your child will be enrolled from the “All class types” drop-down menu.
  5. Select the blue SIGN UP NOW button for the session in which you would like to enroll your child.
  6. Select the blue “ENROLL – (Child’s Name)” button at bottom of screen to enroll your child.
