Hello Tritons,
Melissa and I are really looking forward to another great meet this weekend. The meet will be held at the Quinn Swim Center, which is located at 1501 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa. Our warm-ups will be from 4 – 4:45 pm on Friday with the meet starting at 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday’s warm-ups will be from 7:30-8:45 am with the meet starting at 9 am. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Hey Tritons,

Melissa and I are very excited for this weekend’s meet…we can’t believe how far you all have come along. For those swimming on Saturday, you will have a short practice tomorrow. Those of you in the 3:30 practice will be done at 4:30, and for those swimmers in the 5:00 group, you will be done at 6:30.

Warm-Ups will be form 7:30 am – 8:45 am, with the meet beginning at 9:00. The address is 2277 Napa-Vallejo Highway, Napa, CA

Hello Trick-or-Treaters,
Paula and I would love to have all Stingrays and Tritons come by our house tonight, if you are free to do so. We will have hot chocolate and a wide array of goodies to ingest. We live at 105 Crystal Ct., Novato 94949, which is down off of Ignacio. If we don’t see you tonight, I hope you all have a fun, safe Halloween!
