Facility Description Meridian’s Rolling Hills Club has a 4200 square foot Fitness Center. Equipment includes 34 pieces of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, bicycles, cross trainers, elliptical trainers, and Stairmasters. Other equipment includes free weights, New Life Fitness Pro Series resistance equipment, Cybex, and Free Motion equipment. Personal Trainers Meridian’s Rolling Hills Club prides itself on its experienced and well-educated Personal Trainers who are certified through National personal training organizations. Both individual and group training programs are available. Personal training provides you with an opportunity to exercise with a qualified fitness professional that sincerely cares about helping you reach new heights in fitness. Your Personal Trainer will customize a fitness program that corresponds to your fitness level and goals.
